everything was very good, the wifi was free. the restaurant was really great for dinner, i tried amazing dishes. the location in a downtown area was perfect. besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from a cataract lake.

stay was great. room (2 adults 2 children) was very large and comfortable. comfortable beds, everything very clean and beautiful and tastefully decorated. WiFi was unfortunately very bad. swimming pool was clean and big enough to swim. there was also a warm water pool (bubbling) which was very pleasant after a visit to the grand canyon. hotel is only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful little town of williams, where you can have a really good meal. worth mentioning is the really very good breakfast at the hotel. unfortunately everything is provided on plates and cups and dishes, we have not experienced this in any other hotel in the usa (3 weeks and 10 hotels of different chains). Nevertheless, everything was very good and delicious even different cereals and fresh milk (which is not often available) fresh pancake juices pastries. Which was very nice, that an employee always took care of it, that everything stays clean, wiped the tables, filled up groceries and was also friendly.

only negative with our 2-day stay was that we had a really bad wifi, lady unfortunately could not fix. we were allowed to use the pc in the lounge and adjoining room

Well-kept and clean hotel, great prices, the location is unbeatable very close to Bearizona, the train and the freeway. The rooms with comfortable bed and pull out bed sofa, as example. The pool area is nice too...

great home base for exploring parks and historic sites

The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. The hotel is just almost 2 km from the beautiful Monument Park where I loved wandering around and soaking in the views of nature. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Large clean rooms, attentive staff, nice facilities (laundry room, microwave, pool etc.). Excellent base for visiting Grand Canyon (1h drive). Note that the high altitude (almost 2000 meters) can easily make you tired :).

Terrible breakfast; white junk food (white brad, donuts, cereals, waffles). No fruits or anything "healthy" whatsoever. Quality/price ration ($129/night) not good but the location was great (however you need a car if you plan to visit the "city" center).

Pleasant stay with cozy vibes

The staff were warm, treating us like family. We enjoyed our time unwinding at the heated pool after a long day exploring.

The internet was annoyingly slow and frequently disconnected. This made planning our next adventure a bit challenging.
